Privacy Policy

Boomrix is a game made by Floaty srl, which is responsible for the data described here (the "data controller"). You can reach us at support@boomrix.com.

What we keep

An identifier for your device, created by the game the first time it starts. It is a random code: it is not your phone's advertising identifier or serial number. With it the game sends its platform (iOS or Android), its version and your device's time zone, so that your daily missions and chests reset at your own midnight.
Your player profile: your nickname, your progress (trophies, coins, batteries, cards, creature levels, chests, missions, what you bought in the shop with in-game coins), your settings (sound, music, vibration, language) and the history of your recent matches.
The matches you play online: the moves of each turn and the result. The server passes them to the other players of the match and keeps them to check that the game was played fairly.
Friends: your friend code, the players you add and the challenges you send or receive.
Server logs: like any web server, ours records the IP address and the time of each request. These logs are deleted after 14 days.

Other players can see your nickname, your creature, your level and your trophies: in matches, in the leaderboard and in friends lists.

What we don't do

Boomrix has no ads and no third-party analytics or tracking. We don't sell or share your data. We don't ask for your name, email address, contacts, location or photos. There are no purchases with real money.

Why

To run the game you asked to play: your profile, matchmaking, online matches, friends and the leaderboard (performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). To keep the game fair and secure, for example by checking that coins and trophies were earned by playing (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Where

On our servers at Amazon Web Services in Ireland, in the European Union. Amazon Web Services processes the data only on our behalf.

How long

As long as your profile exists, until you ask us to delete it. Server logs: 14 days.

Deleting your account

Write to support@boomrix.com with your friend code, which you find in the game's Settings. We delete your profile, your match history, your friends and everything tied to your account within 30 days, and we write back when it is done. Uninstalling the game does not delete the data on our servers.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, or object to or restrict its use, by writing to support@boomrix.com. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or to the authority of the country where you live.

Children

Boomrix is not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child under 13 has an account, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.

Cosa conserviamo

Un identificativo del tuo dispositivo, creato dal gioco la prima volta che parte. È un codice casuale: non è l'identificativo pubblicitario né il numero di serie del telefono. Insieme il gioco manda la piattaforma (iOS o Android), la sua versione e il fuso orario del dispositivo, perché missioni e bauli del giorno si rinnovino alla tua mezzanotte.
Il tuo profilo di gioco: nickname, progressi (coppe, monete, batterie, carte, livelli delle creature, bauli, missioni, quello che hai comprato nel negozio con le monete del gioco), impostazioni (suoni, musica, vibrazione, lingua) e la storia delle ultime partite.
Le partite online: le mosse di ogni turno e il risultato. Il server le passa agli altri giocatori della partita e le conserva per controllare che si sia giocato in modo corretto.
Amici: il tuo codice amico, i giocatori che aggiungi e le sfide che mandi o ricevi.
Log del server: come ogni server web, il nostro registra l'indirizzo IP e l'ora di ogni richiesta. I log si cancellano dopo 14 giorni.

Gli altri giocatori vedono il tuo nickname, la tua creatura, il tuo livello e le tue coppe: nelle partite, nella classifica e nelle liste degli amici.

Cosa non facciamo

Boomrix non ha pubblicità né strumenti di analisi o tracciamento di terzi. Non vendiamo né cediamo i tuoi dati. Non chiediamo nome, email, contatti, posizione o foto. Non ci sono acquisti con denaro vero.

Perché

Per far funzionare il gioco che hai scelto di usare: profilo, ricerca delle partite, partite online, amici e classifica (esecuzione di un contratto, art. 6, par. 1, lett. b del GDPR). Per mantenere il gioco corretto e sicuro, per esempio controllando che monete e coppe siano state guadagnate giocando (legittimo interesse, art. 6, par. 1, lett. f del GDPR).

Dove

Sui nostri server presso Amazon Web Services in Irlanda, nell'Unione europea. Amazon Web Services tratta i dati solo per nostro conto.

Per quanto tempo

Finché esiste il tuo profilo, fino a quando ci chiedi di cancellarlo. I log del server: 14 giorni.

Cancellare l'account

Scrivi a support@boomrix.com indicando il tuo codice amico, che trovi nelle Impostazioni del gioco. Entro 30 giorni cancelliamo il profilo, la storia delle partite, gli amici e tutto quello che è legato al tuo account, e ti scriviamo quando è fatto. Disinstallare il gioco non cancella i dati sui nostri server.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere di vedere i tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, riceverne una copia, opporti al loro uso o limitarlo, scrivendo a support@boomrix.com. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali o all'autorità del paese in cui vivi.

Minori

Boomrix non è rivolto ai bambini sotto i 13 anni e non raccogliamo consapevolmente i loro dati. Se pensi che un bambino sotto i 13 anni abbia un account, scrivici e lo cancelleremo.
